The signature sound of Amadeus walks the line between lush dubwize drum and bass and solid dancefloor ragga-jungle. Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, Amadeus lives in Brooklyn, where he's been a DJ for 13 years; playing North America coast to coast and touring regularly in Europe since 2005. The Brooklyn Dubwize EP is his first official release; featuring a variety of dubwize tunes. The first two tunes "Casablanca" and "Caravan Dub" comprise the melancholy sounds of dub anchored with solid basslines. The other two tunes are collaborations with established reggae artists Jahdan Blakkamore from Brooklyn and Parly B from the UK. The conscious message of "Positive Vibes" is supported by dancefloor filling drums; proven to make the people smile and stomp their feet. "Wise Up" is a chill forward-driving tune with a serious message for the youth.
